Return & Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

• Refund is only applicable if you receive a damaged product.
• You must provide a parcel opening video as proof.
• The video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.
• After approval, the refund will be issued as store credit (not cash), which can be used for your next purchase.
  

2. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted only in case of:
• Damaged item
• Defective item
• Wrong item received
• Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

3. Replacement / Repair

• After inspection, the product will be:
• Replaced or
• Repaired(depending on the issue)

4. Non-Acceptable Returns

• Change of mind is not applicable for return or refund.
• Used or damaged products (by customer) will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Charges

• Customer must bear the return delivery charges.
