• Once we receive your order, the Tech & Trove (TnT) team will give you a quick confirmation call to verify your order details and ensure everything is correct before processing.
• Once Tech & Trove (TnT) receives your order, our team will contact you to confirm the order details. If we're unable to reach you after two call attempts, we'll make one final call approximately 30 minutes later. If we still don't receive a response, your order may be canceled. To avoid any inconvenience, please keep your phone available and answer our call. Thank you for your cooperation
• Once your order is confirmed during our call, the Tech & Trove (TnT) team will ship it promptly to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Most orders are delivered within 3–5 working days. We'll keep you updated every step of the way
• While we strive to deliver every order on time, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:
