1-Year Limited Warranty Policy

At Tech & Trove, we are committed to providing high-quality products. Selected products are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

Warranty Eligibility

Only products that explicitly display "1-Year Warranty" on their product page are covered under this warranty. If no warranty information is mentioned on a product page, that product is not covered under this warranty policy.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects

• Hardware failures under normal use

• Functional defects that occur during the warranty period

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Physical or accidental damage

• Water or liquid damage (unless specifically stated on the product page)

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling

• Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or modifications

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, fading, or cosmetic damage

• Damage caused by power surges or the use of incompatible chargers or accessories

• Accessories such as charging cables, adapters, straps, packaging, and free gifts unless found defective upon delivery

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim:

1. Contact our customer support within the warranty period.

2. Provide your order number or proof of purchase.

3. Share clear photos or videos showing the issue.

4. Our support team will review your claim within 2–5 business days.

Warranty Resolution

If your claim is approved, Tech & Trove may, at its sole discretion:

• Repair the product.

• Replace it with the same or an equivalent product,.

• Provide another suitable solution if repair or replacement is not possible.

Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of sending the product for warranty inspection unless the product arrived defective.

• Tech & Trove will cover the shipping cost of sending the repaired or replacement product back to the customer after the warranty claim is approved.

Important Terms

• This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

• The warranty period starts from the original purchase date.

• Tech & Trove reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any warranty claim.

• Warranty claims that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected.
